About Cache
Cache Financials, Inc. ("Cache") has two primary subsidiaries. Cache Securities LLC ("Cache Securities") is a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). SIPC protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000, including $250,000 for claims for cash. Additional information, including an explanatory brochure, is available at www.sipc.org. Information about Cache Securities is also available through FINRA BrokerCheck at https://brokercheck.finra.org.
Cache Securities serves as the placement agent for Cache's Exchange Funds and provides brokerage services to self-directed customers, including securities lending and securities trading (sell transactions). Cache Securities does not provide investment advice, analysis, or recommendations. Clearing, execution, and settlement of securities transactions are provided by Apex Clearing Corporation, a member of FINRA and SIPC. Apex is not affiliated with Cache.
Cache Advisors LLC ("Cache Advisors") is an investment adviser registered with the SEC. Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Cache Advisors is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cache Financials, Inc. Cache Advisors provides discretionary investment advisory services to certain pooled investment vehicles and managed programs, including the Cache Exchange Funds and the Cache Long Short Program, as described in its Form ADV. Advisory services are available only to U.S. residents in jurisdictions where Cache Advisors is registered. Cache Advisors' recommendations are limited to the scope specified in its Form ADV. Information about Cache Advisors is available at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any securities, products, or strategies referenced on Cache social media are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to engage in any investment strategy. Tax outcomes vary from client to client due to many factors, including market conditions, tax characteristics of securities, client-imposed investment restrictions, applicable tax rate or status, and changes in tax law. Cache does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice (outside the limited-scope recommendations disclosed in Cache Advisors' Long Short Program Form ADV); consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation.
Cache Long Short Program
The Cache Long Short Program is managed by Cache Advisors. Assets in the program are sub-advised by Brooklyn Investment Group ("Brooklyn" or "BKLN"), an SEC-registered investment adviser that is not affiliated with Cache or its affiliates. Assets associated with the Cache Long Short Program are custodied at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a member of SIPC. Neither Brooklyn Investment Group nor Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. is affiliated with Cache.
Long/short investment strategies involve additional risks beyond traditional long-only strategies, including risks associated with leverage, borrowing, short selling, increased portfolio turnover, and heightened volatility. These strategies may result in losses that exceed those of more traditional investment approaches. Any references on Cache social media to leverage ratios (e.g., 130/30, 145/45, 175/75, 200/100, 115/15), the Cache Long-Only Equity Program, or the Deleverage Election feature are general descriptions; the specific terms, eligibility requirements, fees, and risks of the program are set forth in Cache Advisors' Form ADV Part 2A — Long Short Program Brochure and the Cache Advisors Long Short Client Disclosure Document.
Cache Exchange Funds
Cache Exchange Funds are alternative investments available only to investors who meet certain eligibility standards. Exchange Funds are intended for eligible investors willing to accept long-term investment risk and limited liquidity, and may carry higher fees than traditional investments. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Regulations require a minimum holding period to realize the potential tax-deferral advantages. Exchange Funds defer taxation; they do not eliminate the eventual obligation to pay taxes upon a sale or other qualifying event. Diversification may help manage risk, but it does not guarantee profit or protect against loss. All investments carry risk, including loss of principal.

References to indices or index performance
Cache strategies and funds may be benchmarked to indices, including, without limitation, the S&P 500 Index, the S&P 500 Growth Index, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and other indexes where appropriate. S&P 500 Index: a market capitalization-weighted index composed of 500 leading U.S. publicly traded companies widely regarded as a gauge of the large-cap U.S. equities market. S&P Growth Index: tracks the performance of U.S. large- and mid-cap companies with higher forecasted growth rates, including companies with higher price-to-book ratios and expected earnings growth. Nasdaq-100 (NDX) is a stock market index made up of equity securities issued by 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Broad-based securities indices are unmanaged; investments cannot be made directly into an index.
