Cache Exchange Funds have a structured fee schedule based on an investor's commitment into the fund. Here's a breakdown of the typical fees associated with Cache funds:
Management Fees
Our management fee ranges from 0.40% to 0.95% on an annual basis, calculated on the fund's gross assets under management and charged monthly as 1/12 of the annual rate.
This fee structure is designed to be competitive and is significantly lower than many traditional exchange funds, reflecting Cache's commitment to providing cost-efficient investment solutions. Depending on your contribution amount, the fees decrease according to the following scale.
$100,000 – $249,999: 0.95%
$250,000 – $499,999: 0.85%
$500,000 – $999,999: 0.70%
$1,000,000 – $4,999,999: 0.60%
$5,000,000 – $24,999,999: 0.50%
$25,000,000 and above: 0.40%
The management fees above are Cache’s standard rates, but certain discounts or premiums may adjust them:
Discounts: Management fees may be reduced through stock-specific discounts, referral discounts, or other promotions.
Premiums (High Demand Fee): when interest in a specific stock is higher than available fund capacity, the management fee for new contributions may be higher than the standard rate for your total contribution tier, up to 0.95% before other applicable discounts. This pricing helps manage excess demand and may allow Cache to continue accepting a limited amount of an oversubscribed stock rather than closing access entirely. Agreeing to a higher fee does not guarantee an allocation or participation in a particular fund close.

Management fee rates are determined based on cumulative contributions to the funds. Unlike a bracketed system, once you qualify for a lower fee tier, that single rate applies to your entire balance across all Cache funds. This ensures that larger contributions benefit from reduced fees.
Stocks with a High Demand Fee are an exception. They get less of the tier discount and will have a management fee up to 0.95% before other applicable discounts. This applies only to the high-demand stock's share of your contribution. Your other stocks keep their tier rate. Your dashboard shows your exact fee.
After a contribution completes seven years in the fund, that contribution’s annual management fee automatically drops to 0.25% if you decide to keep it in the fund instead of redeeming shares. Each contribution runs its own seven-year clock, so if you contribute more than once, earlier contributions reach the lower fee while newer ones are still completing their holding period. How redemptions work with multiple contributions

ETF Expenses
Our Flagship Fund series uses ETFs as part of portfolio construction to help maintain benchmark alignment and diversification. These ETFs carry their own internal expense ratios (typically around 0.10%), charged by the ETF provider — offset by a management fee reduction in the Flagship series so investors aren't paying overlapping costs.
Other Expenses
These include tax and audit expenses, setup expenses, real estate expenses, and other operational costs, typically in the 0.10%–0.15% range, shared across all investors and factored into the fund's net asset value.
Keeping fees low and transparent aligns with our overall objective of offering a cost-effective way to diversify.
