Participation in the Cache Exchange Fund is limited to U.S. persons and is subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in the Fund’s PPM.
U.S. persons only: The Fund does not accept non-U.S. persons as investors.
Residency requirement: Investors must be U.S. residents in jurisdictions where Cache is registered.
Visa holders: Certain U.S.-based individuals on valid visas may be eligible to invest if they qualify as U.S. persons for tax purposes (for example, individuals who meet the IRS substantial presence test). This may include common work visas such as H-1B, O-1, and TN, among others.
Case-by-case review: Eligibility for visa holders is determined based on tax status, documentation, and compliance requirements outlined in the PPM.
All investors must also meet the applicable accredited investor or qualified purchaser standards described in the offering documents.
