To participate in the Cache Exchange Fund, investors generally need to meet specific eligibility criteria β typically being accredited investors.
In the context of U.S. securities law, an accredited investor is someone who either:
Has a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence
Or someone who has an income exceeding $200,000 in each of the prior two years ($300,000 together with a spouse) and expects the same for the current year.
Before you participate, we'll verify that you meet the criteria for accredited investor status.
When an allocation is available, the Cache Exchange Fund institutes a minimum investment of $100K.
