To participate in the Cache Exchange Fund, investors generally need to meet specific eligibility criteria โ typically being accredited investors.
In the context of U.S. securities law, an accredited investor is someone who either:
Has a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence
Or someone who has an income exceeding $200,000 in each of the prior two years ($300,000 together with a spouse) and expects the same for the current year.
When an allocation is available, the Cache Exchange Fund institutes a minimum investment of $100K.
To quickly check your eligibility and see whether an allocation is available for your stocks, just tell us about your situation here.
